These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the exterior cleaning services we provide across Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk counties) and New York City. By using this website, contacting us, or booking service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our services and to contact us. The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fabian’s Window Cleaning Inc. or its licensors. Service descriptions are general information and are not a binding quote.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free. Pricing depends on the size of the property, access, the condition of the surfaces, and the work required, and we explain it before work begins.

3. Access to your property

You agree to give us safe access to the areas to be cleaned and to tell us about anything that could affect the work, such as fragile items, pets, alarm systems, or known damage to windows, screens, roofs, or surfaces.

4. Our work

We use methods suited to each surface. Pre-existing damage, failed window seals, oxidation, permanent staining, and loose or deteriorated materials may become more visible after cleaning and are not caused by it. If you are not satisfied with our work, tell us promptly and we will make it right.

5. Payment

Payment terms are as stated in your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due when the service is completed.

6. Disclaimers

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabian’s Window Cleaning Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Our services themselves are governed by the quote or agreement for your specific job.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

9. Age Restriction

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use this website, request or purchase services from Fabian's Window Cleaning Inc., provide us with a mobile number, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this website.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Fabian's Window Cleaning Inc. operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. If you separately ticked the box consenting to marketing messages, we may also send occasional promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and news about our services. You can opt out of either kind at any time.
• How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at our messaging number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.

• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy
